Induction

Close your eyes.. Take a deeeeep breath... and let it out.. Again, breathe in the relaxation... and breath out tension again breath in relaxation... and let out tension... Feel your body become compleeeetely relaxed.


Deeply relaxing. Feel your body COMPLEEEETELY relaxed. IMagine the number 3 vividly, brightly, clearly.
And then LET it disappear, compleeeetely.
Again, imagine the number 2...and let it disappear, compleeeetely
IMAGINE the number 2...and slowly watch it disappear
imagine the number 1 and let it disappear...compleeeeetely
